Entrance doors reflect the value of every house and people encounter with their appearance and purpose every day. The choice of front door should be therefore considered carefully and should be focused on the quality.

Company GAVA plast produces door infills, which are not complete front doors, but one of their most essential parts.
Company GAVA plast was the first to start with the production of door infills in Slovakia and has been active on the market for 13 years. Every window manufacturer knows the brand GAVA plast and we strongly hope that our products will meet your expectations as well.

When selecting doors, there are several criterions, which should be taken into account:

Depending on the application:

The entrance doors of buildings, companies, shops:

 

• here we would recommend mainly aluminum door infills, which are extremely rigid and can withstand really heavy duty
• suitable are the HPL door infills, which are solid as well and withstand distortions. However, their rigidity is lower than the aluminum infills´.

The entrance doors of family houses:

• all three types of materials are suitable:

1. Plastic door infills
2. Aluminum door infills
3. HPL door infills

According to color:

• the classic white finish is available for all three types of materials: PVC, or aluminum HPL
• colored models with wood pattern are available for PVC and HPL infills. It is strongly not recommended to apply color infills on sunny sides, except HPL material. Wider range of wood patterns is in offer for HPL infills
• if you are interested in colored finishing, but without the wood pattern, we offer aluminum infills sprayed with RAL colors

According to heat transfer coefficient:

• all types (PVC, HPL, and AL) of door infills have similar heat transfer coefficient. Significant improvement in thermal performance may be achieved by greater thickness. As a standard we produce 24 mm thick infills, but we also offer thicker infills: 34mm, 36mm, 40mm, 44 mm or as required. For better heat transfer coefficient we recommend you to maximize the thickness of the infills

Safety:

• each infill can be ordered with a steel plate inserted into the core of the door

Along with the infills, we offer a variety of accessories: door handles, window panes, letter plates and knockers.
